Our client is currently undertaking multiple enterprise level PeopleSoft application implementations in the Finance, Supply Chain and HR areas. The Strategic Technologies PeopleSoft Subject Matter Expert (Advanced) reports into the IT organization and will assume the following responsibilities: * Lead multiple IT application development and implementation projects involving teams composed of technology and business members. * Research and analyze the business requirements, workflows and business processes to define detailed plans to map functional needs to PeopleSoft product functionality and define and implementation roadmap for multiple PeopleSoft Finance, Supply Chain and HR modules. Create design and configuration documents from approved business requirements. * Host project plan review meetings with project team members including: business partners, solution architect, release coordinator, project development lead and project manager. Attend review sessions in order to understand workflow requirements and potential issues, risks and/or conflicts. * Conduct all quality assurance activities. Provide input and recommendations to development lead, solution architect, release manager, and project manager to improve the quality and assurance of the solution being developed. * Lead efforts to establish a functional base line for as-is state and defining the to-be state with a transition roadmap that includes the key components around business process, policy framework, process re-design, and people change management; work closely with technology team members in determining technology and product configurations. * Manage the development and sign-off of systems integration and user acceptance test plans; oversee use case development process including review of use-case definitions; coordinate execution of applications systems testing and defect resolution process. Qualifications: * 10+ years of information technology experience that includes a broad understanding of the general IT functions including software development, applications implementation and project management experience. * 8+ years of proven experience with systems/process analysis in Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP implementations in the Finance, Supply Chain and HR domains. * BA or BS in business, computer science, health care or related field. * Proven history of exceptional customer service; critical-thinking and analysis skills; advanced level communications and organizational skills. * Prefer candidate with 4+ years of experience with Oracle PeopleTools, PeopleCode and SQR. * Prefer candidate with 2+ years of health care processes and business expertise including knowledge of healthcare issues, workflows, applications, policies, and standards. * Prefer candidate with experience building and maintaining complex resource loaded project plans using MS Project including baselines, deadlines, resource leveling, milestone and variance reporting.
