Web Development Manager, Cambridge Our client, a major online company in Cambridge, are seeking an interim Web Development Manager. This is initially to cover for three months while they recruit for a permanent candidate, however, could turn into a temp to perm for the right person. Key tasks for the Web Development Manager: - Take charge of the web development teams, and work closely with the developers to solve problems that may arise - Take charge of the team responsible for development and ongoing maintenance of web systems, billing systems and other components - Work closely with project managers, delivering projects on time and on budget - Ongoing auditing of web systems - Ongoing development of staff and monitoring of their quality of work Skills/ background required for the Web Development Manager: - Must have experience in this kind of role - Knowledge of C++ and Java, having worked as a developer earlier on your career - Very capable of working on several projects at the same time - Degree qualified - Scrum/ Agile background preferred - Must be available for immediate interview and start on short notice This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of Cambridge's most successful companies, daily rate will be dependant on experience.
