** Financial Services Business Analyst - HR / Training Systems ** ** Initial 6 months of work ** My client is currently undertaking a programme to transform the business and within that is a focus on their staffing arrangements e.g. HR operations, Training arrangements etc. As a Financial Services organisation, they must adhere to strict regulatory processes and standards, ensuring staff are trained accordingly. They require an experienced Business Analyst with experience of working within similar environments (e.g. banking, insurance, pensions etc) to gather requirements for new IT systems that will be used by the relevant departments (e.g. HR, Training etc), map business & IT processes for the future state and analysing how new and existing systems will integrate. Essential experience: - Extensive Business & Systems Analysis experience, gained within banking, insurance, pensions etc - Experienced in people focussed IT systems in areas such as HR and Training - Experienced in mapping Business & IT processes - Knowledge of vendor selection procedures In accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.
