Basic Qualifications: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience * At least 3-6 years of experience with developing and implementing applications * A Java background * Object-Oriented experience * J2EE, Struts, and MQ * HTML, JavaScript, and XML * Adobe Flex, ActionScript, and MXML * SQL / Oracle * The ability to analyze queries * WebSphere, Eclipse, JUnit, and Tomcat * System Administration (WIN Server 2k3 / 2k8) and Web Services * Basic understanding of application development; coding, design, and architecture * Modeling skills: data, process, events and objects * Information management experience * Working experience in application development * System development life cycle * Change control * IT standards, procedures, and policies * Application testing * System testing * Application maintenance
