We required an Experienced Relief Sous or Head Chef for our 1 AA Rosette Country Inn situated in Derbyshire. You must have at least 3-5 years kitchen experience in good quality Hotels or Restaurant, your experience should include some fine dining or rosette experience . This traditional Country Inn serves fresh food all day with an average of 30 covers per day and we also serve traditional Sunday Lunch. Accommodation is available if required.
