Senior Reward Advisor (12 months - Interim) - c£40k - West Midlands This is a large, successful and prestigious business with a highly effective centralised HR team. They are currently recruiting for a Reward Advisor to join their team for 12 months to help them deliver a wide range of Rewards Projects. Based from Coventry office you will be responsible for: Supporting the business on a wide range of Reward issues (Share Schemes, Flexible Benefits, Pay and Bonus). Improving and developing grading structures. Maintaining market data in order to provide an effective input to benchmarking activity. You will need previous rewards experience that should include job evaluation (Hay or similar) and be confident in providing specialist rewards advice to HR peers. An understanding of SAP systems would be highly beneficial. Salary will range from £30000 - £40000 (Dependant on experience). This is a 12 month contract requiring a prompt start.
