Manager, Human Resources / Workplace Health & Safety BATCHELOR INSTITUTE OF INDIGENOUS TERTIARY EDUCATION BATCHELOR INSTITUTE OF INDIGENOUS TERTIARY EDUCATION Manager, Human Resources / Workplace Health & Safety Position No: 15029 Three - year fixed term appointment – Batchelor, NT Remuneration: Executive Officer 1 BI - $112,476 - $121,654 + superannuation The primary objective of this position is to provide strategic Human Resource, Workplace Health and Safety direction, leadership, management and advice in the delivery of a responsive and best practice service across the Institute. The role leads a proactive team of six staff that delivers quality services across a broad spectrum of education and training needs of the BIITE Education and Business Units. You will work closely with Head of Corporate Services and Faculty / Divisional Heads to identify and support the implementation of operational HR matters, options and interventions. The preferred or recommended applicant will be required to undergo a criminal history check. NT Government employees could take up this position via a secondment arrangement with NTPS employment conditions.
