Marketing Manager
The primary role is to be responsible for all aspects of the marketing function and to provide services orientated towards both internal and external customers, and ensure that marketing operates in line with corporate objectives to reflect accurately our client's strategic direction. Activities to include: * Public Relations * Exhibitions & events * External Agency Management including PR and Design * Development and Management of Internal Communication Strategies * Complete ownership and the active development of the overall company marketing strategy * Promotional Campaign Development and Management * New Product and Service Launches * Product Management * Brand Management * Development and Production of all Collateral & supporting materials * Website Management - Presentation and Content * Online marketing including email and search engine optimisation * CRM and database management * Create, attend and organise key industrial or market sector networking events * Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates clients products / services in the market * Articulate and communicate both internally and externally the value proposition and provide tools to sales to support the selling process for products and services * Contribute to the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan * New Product Training - supporting the needs of the Sales Team & Partners * Design of and strategic planning for new service launches * Co-ordinating with key stakeholders to produce required collateral for product/service launches and manage the implementation of the launch plan * Oversee and support all internal communications, liaising with key stakeholders * Investigate and utilise new and emerging technologies, techniques and opportunities as appropriate, to support the activity. * Define and generate collateral for regular marketing campaigns. * Define the campaign target data sets and support the sales team in delivering the campaign * Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness * Own and manage the content of the company Internet site including site editing as necessary * Define and manage all aspects of Search Engine Optimisation * Manage external PR agencies to maximise company brand awareness and positioning * Manage all corporate and staff events, hospitality and exhibitions * Co-ordinate with Operations Management marketing functions to identify and suggest other marketing agencies as needed. Branding - Co-ordinate with the internal legal departments to: * Manage trademarks * Promote and protect use of brands * Ensure trademarks are correctly used and applied * To be fully responsible for the effective utilisation and management of the marketing budget EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 1. Degree in marketing or business administration or relevant work experience 2. Extensive experience in creating, leading and executing marketing related projects.
