Project Description: Responsible for filling management, non-management, external and internal employee positions to meet client staffing requirements. Job Description: Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, testing, interviewing and candidate selection from both internal and external source channels. Adheres to all legal requirements, corporate policies and appropriate contractual agreements including required documentation. Establishes and maintains positive peer, union and client relationships and regularly engages in consultative sessions. Builds on fundamental knowledge of the organization, processes, clients, and labor agreements. May require travel, including: job fairs, onsite testing, receiving resumes, positing and filling job requisitions, handling executive referrals, placement of expatriates, scheduling interviews, generating appropriate correspondence, coordinate completion and processes of new hire documentation, initiation, and follow-up security investigations, relocation, drug testing, I-9s, etc. Conducts reference checks. Previous Staffing/HR experience required. Preferably to have Call Center/High Volume Staffing experience versus IT type Staffing experience.
