Experience within Real Estate marketing is preferred. Internet marketing needs: -Fully proficient in GOOGLE, YAHOO and BING! -Be familiar with internet marketing to attract buyers from Canada, England, Ireland, and Australia. -Optimize 1 website and 30+ landing pages each landing page is designated to a specific area and either designed for selling, buying or property management. -Must do research on key words and find which keywords are best suited for each landing page/ area. - Set up and establish presence on social media accounts for My Property Firm: Facebook, Twitter, Google+ Active Rain, LinkedIn, You Tube, FlickR, Myspace, Zillow, Trulia, FriendFeed, Bebo, Friendster, Hi5, Zorpia, Xing, StumbleUpon, Street Advisor, Digg, Zolve, Beat You There and other suggestions would be appreciated. -Set up a blog that points to My Property Firm and that is also optimized with the search engines. - We are open to suggestions and ideas that will further benefit our internet presence. Website Needs: - General knowledge and implementation of HTML coding. Please be advised we are looking for someone to have a working relationship with not just a one time transaction. Also include examples of past work. Again experience within Real Estate marketing is preferred.
