These will include activities such as: .Helping maintain employee records associated with the above move .Helping to maintain data associated with budgeting and maintenance of headcount data .Scheduling of meetings .Typing up process flowcharts in Microsoft Visio .Assisting with the documentation of project plans .Assistance with typing up work instructions for processes .Documentation and filing of project scoping documents .Creation and management of distribution lists to support our communications plans .Putting org charts into standard format .Chasing up information .Correlating and amalgamating spreadsheets .Keeping information within multiple documents aligned .Completing organisation change request forms and obtaining signatures Essential .Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel .Effective communication skills
