Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Systems Administrator for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial industry clients in Jersey City, NJ Responsibilities: * Accountable for general health of Citrix Remote Computing infrastructure * Monitoring and Health Checks * Security Patching * Managing incident investigation and root cause analysis * Service and Capacity Reporting * Risk Management Required Skills: * Excellent customer services skills * Previous experience in enterprise class organizations is strongly preferred * 4-6 years of proven and progressive Citrix infrastructure support and implementation experience * Experience successfully managing tactical and strategic change projects, performing major upgrades without close supervision * Solid, hands on support experience with Citrix technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, EdgeSight, WI) * Experience with virtual environments (VMWare, VMWare view) * Solid knowledge of supporting Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Terminal Services, Server OS, etc) * Exposure to a broad cross]section of IT technologies and disciplines including networking, Wintel architectures and virtualization * Design and produce farm metric reporting, server reporting and application service reporting on all RA servers * Citrix certifications strongly preferred SGA is a Certified Womans Business Enterprise (WBE) celebrating over thirty years of service to our national client base.
