Position Type: Telecom Repair Technician Position Duration: 3 Month Contract Essential Knowledge Install, maintain and repair customer premise equipment (channel banks, routers, DSL modems, IADs and similar). Participate in all necessary field operations aspects of new service activation (site survey, CPE equipment installation, inside wire placement, pre-c. Participate in all necessary field operations aspects of service repair. Demonstrate a strong sense of operational urgency associated with service repair and new service implementation. Participate in the continual improvement of the client,'(tm)s operations environment through the diligent execution of established maintenance procedures. Participate in the execution of special projects and perform COS saving tasks as appropriate. Interface with external customers and other key technical contacts both inside and outside of the client in a professional, quality manner. Demonstrate safe/responsible work habits to ensure proper vehicle operation and a safe workplace environment.
