I need a very clean and simple website. The website will only be two pages - a "Main" page and a "How it Works" page. I'll design the "How it Works" page. The purpose of the website is as follows: the user selects one collection agency from my list of 6000, then enters some personal information, then pays me $10 via PayPal. After payment is received I need the user's data to be submitted to a database so I can fulfill their request. As you can imagine, choosing from a list of 6000 companies might be problematic, so I need the user to be able to 1) search from a search box and/or 2) when they start typing I want close matches to show up below the search box (like when you do a Google search).
