This project requires creative, forward thinkers who can provide me with a modern, crisp website that I can use for my business card and networking to give people more information about myself. I currently use this website, but have not updated the design nor the content for a long time; but this was just a basic wordpress design: www.matthew-walker.net I would like to to appeal when people come to the website, be visually aesthetic and have managable content, as well as easy for me to update. I am familiar with editing basic web pages and so forth. It would also be nice to integrate my twitter/linkedin. Aside from that, freedom is given to the devleoper/designer in terms of layout and color, but it should be professional and impressionable. The content would be added later but would have things like: -My achievements -Project Portfolio -Academic Career -Career Path -Highlights -References -About me I would like the layout to be longlasting and up to date with modern web standards, i'd also like it to be easy for me to customize it, i.e. no buttons with no .psds for me to adjust. I'm not sure how but I would also like to be able to update it to make people want to return, I am not convined tweets will be enough nor do I feel I want to maintain a real type of blog. But open to suggestions on this. Any future technologies or impressive tools would be good, as I work in the tech industry. I want my bids to tell me what I should want, be creative, and excite me about this project.
