SAP HCM Irvine, CA Dear Consultants, We have a requirement for SAP HCM Resource at Irvine, CA. We need profiles of candidates with specific expertise in LMS. Start Date : ASAP based on the completion of the interviews with client. Rate : TBD Location : Irvine, CA Client : Capital Group of Companies, Core business : Wealth Management and Investments. Here is the JD for the position : SAP · Working module experience –SAP ECC 6.0 LSO602 · Minimum of 3 years of SAP LMS experience · Implementation (project) experience would be beneficial, but ultimately looking for someone that has supported SAP in an L2 capacity Technical Requirements · Working knowledge of waterfall SDLC practices · Ability to follow step by step instructions independently and assist business user in troubleshooting production issues · Ability to analyze business issue/defect, document findings and resolution with an ability to estimate effort to correct · Understanding of L2 level practices and procedures, with an ability to understanding the need to escalate to L3 level when necessary General Requirements: · Ability to work independently · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Ability to create and maintain positive and professional business relationship with project team(s), associates and external customers · Must be able to work effectively in a team environment · Need business systems support for daily activities relating to support of SAP LSO ECC 6.0: Experience with course group, course types, courses and the various delivery methods especially eLearning and Virtual classroom Experience with the configuration and master data of the above objects and knowledge of the transactions associated Working knowledge of the LMS data model and how LMS relationships interacts with other HR objects Serve as the primary liaison between the business requirement and the technical teams Provide daily production support to CG Training organizations Effectively navigate through SAP configuration to troubleshoot SAP LMS issues Ability to manage enhancement, defect or data maintenance requests through implementation lifecycle Documentation related to enhancement, defect or data maintenance implementations SAP resource has end-to-end practical not conceptual experience in the use of SAP LSO and SAP portal and SAP Authoring Environment Thanks & Regards, Anees Sultana |Bravens, Inc | Talent Acquisition Office: (786) 477.7597∙ anees@bravensinc.com
