DALLAS, TX Project Description: Be primary resource for daily administration, customization and reporting output associated with Salesforce.com implementation used by sales team responsible for generating leads to hand off to field sales teams to close. Job Description: Responsibilities included (but not necessarily limited to) the following: •Engage with business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage salesforce functionality. •Implement Apex classes, VisualForce, HTML, Javascript and CSS as needed. •Migrate meta data between salesforce environments using change sets and other tools as needed. •Perform data analysis/management tasks and produce ad-hoc reports using tools like DataLoader and SOQLXplorer. •Collaborate with end-users to create and maintain training materials. Drive adaptation, on-boarding and train the trainers processes. •Stay current with the periodic Salesforce releases and leverage the updates applicable to the business. •Work with Salesforce premier support to troubleshoot and apply upgrades and patches as needed. •Actively participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects. Looking for a saleforce.com "catch all" 9. Needs DEEP Salesforce.com expertise. Working with custom development/functionality/creating buttons/ has done all of this in the past that he can teach and manage his own HM. Can tell the HM how the system should be run.
