This job involves completing quotes for an air conditioning company in Australia. There are quote templates already setup in Libre Office and a form is filled in by the sales guys. This form will be emailed to you and you use the information on there to complete the quote as best you can. The templates and completed quotes are saved in folders in Dropbox and we would like the work to be completed within 24 hours of it being sent. This can involve weekends sometimes too. This is a seasonal business and during the Southern hemisphere's summer there can be a lot of work. I estimate that at the moment we're running at around 10-15 quotes a week and rising to 50+ in summer. Accuracy and excellent English is imperative. Most of the quotes seem to be sent in the late afternoon/evenings AEST time which is GMT+10. Consequently this might suit someone who's time zone is around GMT-5 to GMT as then they will get the quotes early morning and have the day to finish them. I'm giving this a trial and if it works out OK then it can be a permanent thing. Keywords: Word Processing
