There is a plugin available on wordpress called Redirect Category which is almost what I need. If you aren't familiar please look it up on wordpress.org. Anyways this is almost what I need except I'm needing a timer option where I can set posts to automatically 301 or 302 redirect after X amount of hours/days/etc. This should be a simple enough assignment for an experienced WP plugin coder since there's already a plugin that is very similar already out for free. I also need the coder/developer to be available in the future to implement upgrades if needed in case a new version of Wordpress becomes incompatible with the plugin. My budget is between $25 - $50. ------------------------------------------ Added 1 JUL 2012, 13:25 PM EDT Lastly, I've not personally used the Redirect Category plugin I mentioned, just read the summary and based off that, it does mostly what I'm after. I mention this so that you know I haven't tested it and don't know if it even works so if your plan is to simply add the timer code to the existing plugin, you need to make sure everything works perfectly. I don't endorse the Redirect Category plugin (never used it), I just mentioned it so that you get a better idea of what I'm after. The important thing here is that there is a delay feature for the 301 or 302 redirect that automatically redirects the posts in whichever category I choose to my chosen destination after a set amount of time that I designate.
