CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT FINANCE PROJECT MANAGER – MAJOR FMCG MANUFACTURING BUSINESS Circa £30,000 – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – Birmingham, West Midlands A blue chip FMCG business, is now seeking to appoint a Customer Development Finance Project Manager.This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UKs leading businesses and you work within their high profile UK & Ireland Customer Finance and Administration Team. We are looking for a candidate with solid project management and communication skills within a commercial supply chain environment.You will be a key lynchpin between a number of divisions and work cross functionally with sales finance, supply chain, customer finance, commercial, customer planning and accounts receivable. You will have had strong exposure to customer finance processes.The role will focus around project management, supporting senior customer development management for all business change and implementation across customer trading terms, pricing strategy, customer finance audits and the order to cash process. You will have a sound awareness of budgets and financial information and have a commercial mind set.The role will also have accountability for one direct report and three indirect reports. People management experience. Drive and adaptability to ensure that challenging targets are met. A collaborative management style with the ability to build partnerships both internally and externally. A team player, able to influence and communicate cross functionally, with the personal stature to influence colleagues up to senior level.
