CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE / PRICING ADMINISTRATOR (CUSTOMER FINANCE) – GLOBAL HIGH PROFILE BUSINESS - £18,000 - £19,000 – Birmingham, West Midlands - 6 Month Contract A global blue chip business, is now seeking to appoint Customer Services Executive / Pricing Administrator to work within their high profile Customer Finance team. On a daily basis you role will include – · Working within Customer Finance team, providing first class customer services, resolving customer issues quickly and providing support to all customer contacts. · Demonstrate strong communication across a wide customer and internal stakeholder base to facilitate achievement of objectives and effective problem solving. · Processing payment of customer invoices ensuring company procedures are adhered to. · Resolving any accrual issues. · Maintain all pricing information to support in providing an accurate invoice process. · Responsible for maintaining all customer promotional activity ensuring data is correct before system release. · Prepare updates and attend internal operational review meetings with customer finance and accounts receivable to resolve customer debt with planned forecast. As a Customer Services Executive / Pricing Administrator – it is expected that successful candidates will have the following: · Professional & mature approach · Demonstrable customer services / administration skills. Candidates must have worked within a customer facing role. · Ideally experience of working with invoices, pricing or finance related work. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Effective use of problem solving techniques. · Ability to work under pressure & to tight deadlines, driving results. · High degree of numeracy and literacy, with a disciplined approach to attention to detail. · Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. · Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint essential.
