This position starts with a 3 to 6 month contract and is then expected to convert to be a PERMANENT FULL-TIME position on a team performing NEW DEVELOPMENT on a large pipeline of Java/Oracle based software products. This company makes highly intelligent analytics software delivered primarily through SaaS services. Detailed Roles & Responsibilities Will write a layer of Java code around core Java applications that makes calls into the core application to demonstrate and record its functionality. Will also work in various application layers as needed. Will be part of a 10 person scrum team comprising Developers, Testers, and Business ANalysts. This is a great opportunity for an entry level or Junior Developer that wants to be mentored by a team of Senior Development professionals. Candidates must be smart, articulate, have a passion for software development, be customer focused, and have a strong desire to learn and remain current on a wide range of development technologies.
