Location: Atlanta Status: Contract Compensation: $20.00 per hour Education Level: Not Specified Automotive industry leader looking for a Training Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating instructor-led training activities provided by Corporate Learning, Sales Training, Customer Operations Training, IT Training, including planning and logistics. The Training Coordinator also will serve as Learning Management System administrator, creating and scheduling classes, managing rosters, running reports, and resolving user issues. The Training Coordinator has a customer-service focus, working behind-the-scenes to seamlessly implement all training events. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and highly developed organizational skills are required. A professional demeanor and the ability to promote a team environment are essential, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic Qualifications Learning Management System experience required; Learn.com experience preferred. Experience managing training processes and procedures such as scheduling, enrollments, rosters, wait lists, etc. Demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple training events. Demonstrated MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail orientation and ability to multi-task with little direct supervision. Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization. Enthusiasm and ability to excel in a fast-paced changing environment. Cooperative team player on a diverse work team.
