Test Engineering qualifications will include some of the following experience: Experience with high technology hardware and/or software. Draft, revise, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts Execute test procedures according to software and/or hardware specifications Functional testing and analysis of newly developed products to ensure operation and reliability. Ability to transform raw performance/scalability testing data into meaningful capacity planning Strong experience with performance testing methodologies and tools. Experience with Test Management Tools Experience with custom performance tool development. Ability to quickly grasp complex product architectures Logs defects and makes recommendations to address defects Documents, evaluates and researches test results Ability to analyze Marketing and Engineering plans for testable content Experience testing web services Experience with Enterprise Server Deployment Software Experience with Enterprise Servers, Storage Ability to set-up, configure, and test hardware and software products. Execute software test plans in a test management tool. Experience with Test Automation (webservices and GUI Experience with Agile/Scrum Model Experience with Enterprise Operating Systems (Windows Server & Hypervisors, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Xen) Experience using LoadRunner and SOAP Bachelor or Master degree in Technology preferred.
