Technologies: -Windows 7 -Active Directory -MS Office 2010 -Windows Server 2003/2008 -Blackberry/iPhone/Android Support Job Responsibilities include: -Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and supports desktop computer systems, hardware and peripherals - Complete management of escalated calls from clients, end-to-end, with complete follow-up - Management of local hardware (Blackberry's, Laptops, Printers, PC's, video-conferencing equipment), inventory etc. - Updating and tracking all support calls; escalation to groups/teams, when necessary - Troubleshooting hardware/software issues with Windows XP and 7 Requirements include: - 2-3 years experience providing technical Desktop Support in a 200+ user environment - Previous working experience with Windows 7 and MS Office 2010 - Excellent verbal and written communication - Willingness to provide on call support, when necessary Thank you in advance for your application.
