I have a current website that needs a few programming updates as well as some possible text updates. Should be a quick easy job for experienced people. Here is what I am currently in need of. I have a web site that calculates a USGA golf handicap for each user based on their input. However based on USGA rules for handicapping this only updates their handicap on certain days of each month and only certain months based on where the use lives. For example the users in New York State would only have their handicap calculated on the 3rd of the month for the months April through October (this is just an example and is not accurate information). Currently the site will complete this function on the correct days for each user. However the issue is that someone must land on the site for the function to do the calculation. It does not do it with out someone hitting the site. This is how the old programer did it and could not figure out how to make the site run the update alone without a user actually visiting the site. I need someone who can go in and just make it so the site knows to update the handicap if its the correct day for certain users. If you are able to accomplish this let me know. You will have full access to the site files and be able to see what has been done before. The old programer left some notes in files this this might or might not help.
