Staffing/Recruitment agency has an exciting opportunity open for the right individual. Our clients are the investment banks of Wall Street and Fortune 1000 who hire us to recruit IT candidates for their job openings (permanent and consulting). We are seeking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant/Recruiting Assistant to support our sales and recruiting staff. You will use our patented, proprietary job-candidate application and database to support our recruiting and sales teams. Flexible working hours, the opportunity to learn the IT staffing business from the ground up and growth potential are key selling points of this opportunity. You must be extremely detail oriented, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Experience in administrative support of an I.T. staffing/recruiting/HR function is big plus. Main Duties and Responsibilities. Heavy phone/email support to process candidates for job openings Assist in sourcing candidates from our internal database Input/update candidate and client information into database Post open positions jobs to Job Boards and to our ATS Use social media (Linked In, Facebook) to assist in processing candidates Conduct basic first round interviews of identified candidates Resume format and submission to client resume portals Skills/Experience Required Strong MS Office (Outlook,Windows, Word, etc.) Administrative Support experience (phone, email) - I.T. recruiting support preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills
