This Linux system administrator will be responsible for: Working with the System Architects in the LINUX server and infrastructure arena. Providing all aspects of system administration including installation, customization, and integration of computing systems. System Administration for Red Hat Linux. Install, configure and deploy LINUX platforms. Responsibilities also include setup and configuration of servers, workstations,patching, maintenance, installation and configuration of software as needed. Maintain configuration control diagrams and documentation for installed systems. Provide in-depth troubleshooting and performance tuning for all aspects on system administration; including network, servers, workstations, and applications. Required skills: Experience in System Administration of Red Hat LINUX operating systems environments. Ability to work through tough issues by self or with a team providing guidance. Desired skills: Red Hat LINUX certified technician preferred Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse user community in quick-response situations.
