Production Technologist who can independently conduct well reviews and deliver well intervention and workover proposals for both oil and gas wells. A team of 10 PTs is responsible for some 100 gas/oil fields with 300 active (mainly gas) wells and the incumbent will be required to independently improve opportunities liasing with other petroleum engineering, well services, operations and process engineering functions. Required experience includes nodal well analysis modeling (e.g. IPM / Prosper) and forecasting, production system optimisation, artifical lift design and optimization, perforation modelling and optimization, impairment analysis and stimulation design and execution, completion design (incl. material selection) and experience with wireline and coiled tubing interventions. Additional requirements are strong power of analysis, good conceptual thinker and ability to analyse data, assess risks and understand subsurface uncertainties; good communicator with customer oriented mindset to operate efficiently in an complex business environment with many stakeholders.
