One of SGA's major financial clients is looking for a Production Support Analyst in New York, NY for a Contractor position. Required Experience * Excellent knowledge of UNIX, Scripting (PERL, Shell), Oracle/SQL. * Experience with supporting releases/deployments and batch cycles * Experience supporting front-to-back trading systems in an Investment Bank environment. * Must be a self-starter, be dependable, and work well under pressure. * There may be occasional need to interface with management and desk heads so excellent communication skills are required. * Experience supporting and Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) system is a plus. Experience with Triple Point''s Commodity XL (CXL) product is a huge plus.
