Responsibilities: * Implement Imaging and Workflow and data back up infrastructure * Work with host groups to design Imaging and Workflow and back up infrastructures that satisfy business requirements * Installation of small to mid-size Imaging and Workflow systems * Work with Business groups to implement Imaging and Workflow systems * Reporting of and assistance in procurement of Hardware and software * Plan implementation of Imaging and Workflow devices * Monitoring of Workflow and FAX systems * First & second level support of Imaging and Workflow infrastructure * Troubleshoot, maintain, and support of systems * Work with host teams to resolve issues. Primary point of escalation to vendor support * Imaging and Workflow vendor support contact * Escalate Imaging and Workflow hardware and software related issues that cannot be resolved in-house * Provide proper software and documentation for installing and configuring Imaging and Workflow agent software * Document management, client/server and Web (E-commerce) applications project experience in Administration and Programming * Solid foundation in object-oriented analysis & design, programming, and quality assurance * Ensure requirements are met before implementing the system changes * Working knowledge of Filenet Administration in Workflow, Image and Content Management systems * Working knowledge with system performance tuning and planning solutions to improve performance of Filenet systems * Administrative experience with RDBMS such as DB2, Oracle, SQL*SERVER, DB2 and MS Access Requirements: * 4 year degree in Computer Science preferred * 5+ years Imaging and Workflow management, or related, experience overall (4+ years Imaging and Workflow analysis coupled with 1+ years of Imaging and Workflow administration or engineering) * Development and Administration knowledge in Filenet Panagon products such as IDM Desktop, Panagon Capture, P8, BPM(AE, CE, PE), ECM-WCM, IM, E-Forms, O/MSAR, CFS, EProcess, ISRA, HPII/MRII (Mid-Range Image Import) and COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk) * Strong knowledge of Kofax Ascent Capture, Rightfax * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent computer skills necessary in Word, Excel, Presentation, Project and Visio * Excellent people skills with ability to handle difficult personnel situations * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Establish and define automated system installation/configuration procedures * Create System Run Books, defining day-to-day support, maintenance, troubleshooting knowledgebase of the infrastructure * Establish best practices for monitoring and forecasting of system/application capacity Qualified candidates may send their rtf/word resume to pkaul@prokarma.com mentioning "JOB TITLE" in the subject line.
