Remote Work - Agile PLM QA/BSA positions
Position : Agile PLM QA Tester - Agile PLM experience is a Must Position Type : Remote Work Duration : 24 months contract Job Title: Agile PLM QA Tester Roles & Responsibilities: Assist the Testing leads in preparing the overall testing strategy & test planning for the Agile PLM implementation project Prepare the test cases for the all or assigned module of Agile PLM or any interfaces with Agile PLM by referring requirements documents. Using Quality center to prepare test cases, executions, defect management and status reporting to management. Interface with offshore testing teams during various phases of testing. Create the System Integration test plan and ensure completion along with rest of testing team as per project schedule Support Test lead in customer acceptance test planning, execution, status reporting & defect management. Required Skills: Prior experience in Agile PLM implementation project as a tester Prior experience in preparation, execution of the Test cases, defect tracking & test execution status reporting using Quality center or any other testing tool. Prior experience in preparation of test cases related to interfaces e. g. AgilePLM-R12 ERP etc. Understanding & experience of complete testing cycle in an Agile PLM implementation project like Test Strategy development, Test Planning, Test executions like System Integration testing, customer acceptance testing and Go-LIVE testing etc Strong communication skill to handle the customer acceptance testing independently with the business users. Generic Managerial Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated , ability to define own role , responsibilities and expectations and work accordingly High grasping capability and adaptability Ability to work with geographically separated teams via virtual meetings and WebEx meetings Education: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Elec or Mech) Position : Agile PLM -Business Analyst - Agile PLM experience is a Must Position Type : Remote Work Duration : 24 months contract Job Title: Agile PLM -Business Analyst Roles & Responsibilities: Assist the BSA leads in preparing the Design configuration document from the customer requirements documents. Identify and cull out PLM requirements from Supply Chain customer requirements documents Translate the PLM requirements to High level Design Requirements which in turn would form the foundation of the low level design configuration document Interact with Business champions to clarify and understand requirements Segregate requirements into configuration and data migration type of requirements and convey them to the appropriate technical teams Interface with offshore teams during the development phase and ratify low level design before commencement of development Develops and tests some of the configurations necessary to satisfy user requirements in the Dev and/or SIT environments Development of Process Extension using Java SDK. Technical Knowledge of at least the following Agile Modules: Product Collaboration Product Governance and Collaboration Product Quality Management PLM functional knowledge , in majority of the below areas: Item / Part Management BOM Management Component Management Document Management Engineering Change Management Product Environment Compliance Management Generic Managerial Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated , ability to define own role , responsibilities and expectations and work accordingly High grasping capability and adaptability Ability to work with geographically separated teams via virtual meetings and WebEx meetings Education: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Elec or Mech)
