Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Assistant - Admin Assistant Data Entry Microsoft Excel Computer
Website Promotion I need someone familiar with social media accounts who can post specific information to many different accounts while keeping track of what was posted. I will give specific posts or updates that the Data Entry Assistant must enter into the social media accounts. I will require the entry assistant to post 120 times spread out to different accounts on Facebook, Twitter Google+ and other social media networks. If I am happy with the service I will make this a weekly job. As of now, however, I will only be hiring for 1 week for a total of 120 posts. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others - Social Media and blog management - Travel planning and coordination - Email management - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online - Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours Your qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred Desired Skills: Admin Assistant Data Entry Microsoft Excel Computer Keywords: Virtual Assistant
