We receive raw .csv and .xls reports from multiple vendors (each displaying data in their own layout) which need to be uploaded into our internal accounting system. Currently, we copy and paste the data we need from each of these reports into 1 standardized report. 1) We need a PHP script written for us to upload raw vendor data files. 2) Script required strip out specified data we need from each of the raw vendor report 3) After we strip the required data from each vendor report, it should merge all the stripped data into 1 standardized file that our system recognizes (this will contains the few columns of information we need from our vendor reports). 4) Need the ability to create new vendor and define which columns to strip and which rows to begin at. 5) Program must be able to flag any dupe records with the same date and other unique identifiers associated with a dupe. 6) Program must be able to omit leading 0's 7) Program to save original raw vendor files / history for random auditing The raw data files aren't heavy. Theres aprox 10 columns of information
