Position Title: Business Analyst Position Description: Our client in Irvine, CA is looking for a Business Analyst on a contract basis starting immediately. Our client is involved in a data migration, and the data set is huge and there is a subset of data that doesn’t make sense. The responsibility of this analyst is to track down certain data and trace it back to understand what generated it as there's a chance the data may or may not affect the future system they are migrating to. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree with good technical knowledge and understanding of computer programming also important. SQL knowledge, medium level because person is going to have to look at multitude of tables and do correlations, comparisons, etc. Business enterprise application experience, specifically on the finance side therefore someone who's been in banking, finance, insurance industry or the finance part of a business.
