Our client, located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Network Systems Administrator to perform the following duties: * Resolves all system level incidents per defined SLA's * Assists in, design, implement server infrastructure and solutions * Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system * Assists in managing SAN and other server infrastructure * Coordinates Hardware and Software purchases, cable installation, system planning, monitoring, testing, and servicing * Trains other employees on system * Acts as backup for Network Engineer assisting in problem resolution of daily tasks * Performs infrastructure level incident management for Help Desk cases escalated to the technical services group and includes resolution of problems and completion of service requests * Assists in troubleshooting / break fix of server and network infrastructure * Assists in installation of server, network infrastructure and applications, patches * Backs up data and updates virus data files on workstations, servers * Creates monthly trend, other reports based on predefines KPIs Minimum Qualifications: * 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience * 2+ years experience in network systems administration * Working knowledge of the definition, design, and implementation of network communications and solutions
