Head of Legal and Investigations A West Midland Trust is looking to recruit an interim Head of Legal and Investigations for a 6 months post to start ASAP. Key skills required: - Risk Management - A legal background (law degree or relevant experience) - Clinical experience for example worked as a nurse or AHP - Strong character and management abilities - Must be able to investigate, challenge, lead and motivate - Ability to communicate effectively - Ability to change Directors, senior management and clinicians The position is a newly created role and will eventually be recruited to permanently but someone is required before this process can begin hence an initial 6 month contract.
