Our electrical client is dedicated to the design, construction, refurbishment and maintenance of medium voltage and high voltage installations up to and including 400kV, delivering turnkey projects to utilities, windfarm developers and industrial clients. As part of our ongoing expansion and diversification we invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join the Engineering team based in our Warrington office. Role and Responsibilities � Outline designs and support for Tender Submissions � Design studies including short-circuit, protection co-ordination and earthing � Client design review and generation of as-built drawings � Electrical design for Design & Build projects � Project management support � Support for site construction � Development of new markets and Client relationships Qualifications & Experience � Degree in Electrical Engineering � 1-2 years experience in Transmission and Distribution and/or Power Generation systems � Experience in T&D Business Development desirable � Experience in engineering, construction or commissioning of some/all of the following; o Substation design o Substation plant and equipment o Cable systems o System studies o Protection and control systems
