Job Purpose: To work with the Visa Europe Technical Operations Project Management to support the timely and successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects through resourcing, planning, governance administration and process support Core Tasks: o Collation and processing of regular project status reporting o Support ad hoc requests for reporting / information o Assist Project Managers with Project/Programme funding & governance boards o Assist with team document management and maintenance of document libraries o Organise and support project meetings, conference call arrangements, etc e.g. room booking, conference call booking o Document meeting outputs / minutes o Collation of project financial bookings and support / standardisation of project finance processes o Administer resource bookings in project toolsets (i.e. Niku Clarity & MS Excel trackers) o Coach the Technical Operations Project Management team in process standards o Participate in and promote ongoing process improvement initiatives o Ensure team compliance with Visa standard templates and deliverables Essential Skills · Solid previous experience in the IT Industry with some gained within an IT Infrastructure delivery environment · Must have strong planning skills · Experience of Niku Clarity and Microsoft Project · Good working knowledge of Office applications including Microsoft Excel · Good knowledge of project risk & issue management · Experience of working in an IT Operations business function · Experience in a project coordination role · Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills · A proactive self starter with strong attention to detail Beneficial Skills: · Knowledge/experience of ITIL and Service Management principles · A broad spectrum of experience in technologies Education/Qualifications: · Must be qualified in PRINCE2 or P3O · Ideally educated to Degree standard or equivalent
