This person needs to have good hands on experience working with a Windows XP environment as well as having experience converting and supporting Windows 7. A self motivated hard worker is a must and this person. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for any and all installs, upgrades, and day to day troubleshooting regarding all hardware/software issues. Experience working with a ticketing systems as well as experience with moves, adds, and changes is a must. Candidates must be comfortable doing over the phone support.
