We have been on CJ for several years but have not had a proper manager that knows how to make the program drive more business to us. We need someone who has a track record of making affiliate programs a success. Looking for someone who can prove what they have done for other businesses. You need a track record in managing and growing affiliate programs and you need to be able to provide references for the work you have done. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Manage relationships between our business and affiliates to maintain a seamless channel and maximize revenue - Source, evaluate and recruit new affiliate partners - Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies - Plan and develop marketing programs that support existing and recruit new affiliates - Collaborate with our team to design and create new affiliate marketing initiatives - Negotiate and review affiliate advertising agreements - Generate monthly invoices based on affiliate partner activity - Provide initiative summary reports Your qualifications: - Primary skill: Affiliate Marketing - Strong interpersonal skills - Attention to detail - Excellent organizational and analytical skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred Desired Skills: Affiliate Marketing Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Affiliate, Marketing
