SCOPE: We have a new WordPress Genesis Theme under development with a number of critical plug-ins and third party integrations. We have run into a road-block with a usability issue that requires a custom coded form that will work with our WidgetKit ajax pop-up plug-in. The form we need coded will allow us to collect, verify and both "push and pull" data to two separate back-end services. One API integration is with WishList (a WordPress Membership Plug-In) and the other is with a CRM/Email automation platform called InfusionSoft. You need to be familiar with how to custom build this form (and it's underlying functionality) in such a way that it can be easily integrated into a WordPress theme like Genesis.
