Job Description: Supports a major enterprise IT application and others as assigned. Leads unit and integrated testing of the software to ensure that the design objectives are met, including the development and validation of testing scripts. Troubleshoots application issues, with/without vendor assistance, to resolution. Manages Disaster Recovery and Back Up requirements for assigned systems and provides guidance to Applications Analysts in activities. Knowledge and experience with industry standard report writers such as Crystal Reports; produces and maintains custom reports. Creates reports and assigns work problem tickets to Application Analysts. Experience Required: Minimum 3 years experience performing Clinical Applications Analyst duties in a healthcare/clinical environment required. Must have experience supporting clinical applications such as: WORX PCOSS Laboratory systems (CoPath, Soft Lab, HCLL Blood Bank) Radiology systems PACs OTTR Pharmacy systems (Management, dispensing) Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager Perioperative systems (Picis) Cardiology systems (HeartLab). Knowledge and experience with HL7 Interfaces required. Knowledge and experience with SQL based applications required. Knowledge of ITIL standards desired.
