Supports Network to Network VPN connections for Facilities, Dealers, and Suppliers. Troubleshoots and resolves Internet, Extranet and Intranet, end to end connectivity problems. Implements Firewall Rules to enable the Business. Maintains compliance with ITSM standards for Change Management. Provides customer consulting related to connectivity requirements of applications prior to, and during deployments. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years Unix Administration experience, basic understanding of Cisco network routing, 2 years' experience in Information Security, basic understanding of DNS, knowledge of ksh/bash/Perl scripting. This position also requires the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively, with a high sense of urgency.
