Lead Generation for UK HR Contacts - Lead Generation
Our business sells unlimited personality profiling in the B2B market for the low fee of £999 + VAT per year. We are looking for a low-cost means of generating leads that we can pass to sales agents to sell this product. Due to the nature of our product, we can only sell to companies that have at least 20 employees and the contacts we need are either the CEO or the HR Director. We are looking for someone experienced at generating leads in the B2B sector. We are particularly interested in anyone who has warm leads and are willing to offer strong bonuses for leads that turn into sales. We are currently concentrating on the UK market with particular focus on Scotland, although leads can be for companies anywhere in the UK. We would ideally like the additional information along with each lead: 1) Company size 2) Which psychometrics they already use, if any. 3) Any details on recruiting campaigns they have been running recently or are planning on running. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Qualify and allocate leads for sales teams - Document, track and monitor all leads and interactions using our SugarCRM system. - Identify and nurture relationships with prospects via phone, email, in-person meetings or other communication tools - Develop deep knowledge of our products and offer customized business solutions to prospects Your qualifications: - Primary skill: Lead Generation - Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and handle multiple on-going relationships - Excellent time management and organizational skills - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred Desired Skills: Lead Generation Keywords: Lead Generation, Generation, Lead
