Treasury Technical Project Manager
Experis IT Fortune 500 client is curently seeking a Treasury Technical Project Manager for a long-term consulting assignment downtown Manhattan. Project Manager / Project Management Responsibilities: Work with technical and business users to analyze and document current applications across complex enterprise environment. Incorporate management, operations and vendor constraints to future state and document business and functional requirements. Assist in the creation of test scripts and support QA/UAT, Migration and Production Parallel efforts. In collaboration with management and vested stakeholders, define scope, goals and deliverables for the implementation of the Treasury work station implementation Document and map current state application and data flows, map application relationships to data input-output lists for systems feeds, reporting, process involvement, etc. Support the execution of technical roadmap to create a highly flexible, scalable and extendable architecture and infrastructure Manage the evolution of requirements from inception through solution build into roll out. Identify and manage deliverable dependencies and critical path items. Proactively manage changes in scope, resolve issues. Customer-facing roll, provide application subject matter expertise, as needed Interact with departments to develop and revise enterprise-wide high quality business (user) requirements, including scope analysis, process diagrams, data fields requirements, business rules, etc, Contribute to vendor selection process, as needed Contribute to project planning and coordination Recommend improvements to existing processes Collect user feedback in post-production Project Manager / Project Management Technical Skills and Expertise: nowledge of Corporate Treasury functions, working at a financial institution or insurance industry. Having experience in one or more of the following functions: securities clearing, corporate technology consolidation, external and regulatory reporting, tax, treasury, forecasting, etc. Previous experience facilitating/driving change management in a large corporate environment Experience with projects involving enterprise-wide conversion/transformation Experience with concepts in a corporate setting such as how technology can transform the enterprise, management of complex core technologies, multi-entity support; process re-engineering Comfortable using process flows and project activity monitoring software such as MS Visio and MS Project Technically competent with various software programs in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) also Sharepoint Ability to work within a highly pressurized environment with tight deadlines Ability to conform to, and proactively manage, shifting priorities, demands and timelines Strong understanding of system development lifecycle and development practices Mindset for process simplification and continuous improvement Strong team player and ability to work collaboratively Strong written and oral communications skills If you are intereted in this Project Manager role please send your resume to email@example.com
