If so, candidate is expected to cover this cost. This position could be 100% remote with the occasional fly-in as needed. Role is a priority but end-client will wait for the right person. The interview process will consist of heavy screening, the end-client wants to see samples of work done, and the end-client...in the final stages...will give this person a ""homework assignment"" which they will compensate them for. Rigor in screening is due to remote nature of role and that they have been burned many times in the past and won't go through that again. This should be a long(er)-term contract (6-12 months+ potentially).
