REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Extensive experience working in IT/Business/ Program management experience in managing large cross-functional teams Requires experience of implementing large transformation programmes (enabled by technology) into large federated organizations Proven track record of influencing senior level management and stakeholders Maintain business buy-in and adoption to the solution throughout the delivery lifecycle Experience working in IT/Business with sound experience in managing multiple global programmes, medium-large sized cross-functional work-streams, 5m+ project budgets, influencing senior level management and key stakeholders within diverse cultures and settings. Formal education or equivalent Strong academic credentials from coupled with sound technical capabilities Higher degree desirable (MBA etc.) PRINCE Practitioner, PMI or equivalent Skills Open positive attitude promoting confidence and credibility to team, peers and stakeholders; positive engagement and self promotion to stakeholders Strong leadership qualities, i.e. Honest, Competent, Inspiring, Intelligent, Assertive Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, acting ethically in all situations Coaches and supports staff, facilitating staff and maximizing performance Embraces diversity and proactively manages performance issues Ambassador for change and innovation Ability to influence peers, project team, sponsor, Steering Group and wider business stakeholders and key PT stakeholders Influencing executive stakeholders at executive levels (including CIO, CTO, CEA etc) Communicates effectively (written and verbal) at executive level Princeton Information is one of the nation's top five privately-held IT consulting firms, in business since 1985.
