Change Management Co-ordinator with EU Languages 12 months + temp contract £12 - £16 per hour LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a Change Management coordinator with Strong Project Management skills and EU Languages for our client, a major EU regulatory organisation based in Central London. Change Management Coordinators will join the Product Database Management section to provide support with a specific business project and engage in change management activities. The right candidates will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure. You will be responsible for developing and creating new strategies and advising on change management, dealing with organisational change, training, developing strategy to effectively engage all stakeholders, providing leadership etc. Candidates will have good knowledge of new information technologies and experience in change management related implementations. You need to be able to work under pressure and plan new projects effectively in order to meet tight deadlines. Essential skills: * Proven professional experience in change management * Solid experience in planning and execution of change management in a large organisation * Ability to develop and oversee change management related to the implementations of large centralized institutional systems * Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently, liaise effectively with teams and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Advanced IT literacy, preferably knowledge working with different databases * Excellent fluency in written and spoken English and additional knowledge of an EU language. ; German; French; Italian; Dutch; Portuguese ; Czech and Slovak; Swedish; Danish; Finnish; Hungarian; Polish; Estonian; Greek; Lithuanian; Latvian; Slovenian; Spanish; Maltese; Romanian; Bulgarian Candidates should be available to start immediately Candidates should be EU passport holders and eligible to work in the UK.
