Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role: Division: Engineering Technical Services. Position Description: Project Manager - Mechanical Engineering / HVAC. Work within the Facilities Team to manage a group of multi skilled Engineers. Provide a service and support other Engineering specialists in the installation and modification of Product Development workshops and Facilities. Undertake desktop studies and site investigations for prospective projects, utilising in house or external specialists where appropriate to enable the evaluation of alternative economic solutions and support project justification. Manage contractors in strict accordance with the client's control of contractors procedures. Attend programme meetings at all levels, representing the Facilities & Site Services Project Team and present where appropriate. Skills Required: Management and delivery of Mechanical/ HVAC Projects. Will be required to write Tender Specifications, select suppliers and then oversee the project through to full installation, commissioning and final acceptance. Skills Preferred: Autocad & MS Project. Experience Preferred: Good proficiency using Microsoft packages including MS Project. Education Required: Good standard of education preferably Degree.
